In December, we came together as a team for an inspiring workshop to strategically plan the coming months. With a clear vision and a lot of passion, we focused on developing new approaches to better support both our gamer community and our partners in the B2B sector.

Creative minds, clear goals
The workshop was divided into two focus areas: B2C, led by Nadja, and B2B, coordinated by Jon. Both areas aimed to develop innovative strategies to drive FiPME’s success. The focus was on:
- Strengthen gamer engagement: How do we reach our target audience more effectively?
- Deepening partnerships with publishers: Automation and seamless integration were the focus here.
- Roadmap for the next three months: defining clear milestones in order to make sustainable progress.

FiPME has developed from a visionary idea into a functional platform that offers added value to gamers and publishers alike. However, as in any exciting journey, there have been hurdles to overcome – from regulatory adjustments to targeted community activation.
