Building a Strong Foundation for the Future
This past year brought significant changes to our organisation:
With co-founder Boris Obodda stepping back from operational duties while continuing to support us as a board member, our leadership team had the opportunity to realign. The addition of Rudi Gerstner as a new board member, along with new team members Mashiro and Kyryll in IT, has brought fresh experience and perspectives, guiding us successfully through the year’s challenges.
Innovative Milestones and Progress in Technology and Compliance
Our platform, FiPME, has seen both technological optimisation and strategic enhancement. With the launch of the Google Looker Dashboard, we’ve enabled data-driven insights for publishers. Additionally, achieving certifications in data protection and compliance has strengthened our position as a trusted partner for gamers and publishers alike.
The registration of the “FiPME” trademark in key markets underscores our ambition to establish a global footprint. A particularly exciting milestone was receiving positive legal feedback for integrating games like Counter-Strike 2 into our platform – an essential step in our growth within the Web2 gaming community.
Community and Engagement
Our participation at Gamescom 2024 was a highlight of the year: Inspiring conversations, strategic partnerships, and unforgettable team moments. The exchange with industry experts, investors, and developers not only expanded our network but also laid the groundwork for future collaborations.
Internally, our team has continued to grow and evolve. New talents like Andrew and Felix have enriched our community, and together, we’ve carried forward the dynamic spirit of Cow Level.
